Wynne worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years; first as Chief Executive of Mansfield CVS and later as Chief Executive of the regional voluntary sector body, Engage East Midlands. He has also been a Trustee of NCVO and NACVS (now NAVCA) and was a member of the Third Sector Advisory Group which provided guidance to the last Government’s Office of the Third Sector. This has given him considerable experience in areas such as planning and strategy development, partnership working, developing funding bids, working with trustees, project management and support to all sizes of organisation. He has also done a range of voluntary work and is currently involved in running a junior football team! 



Linda is an HR and Organisation Development Practitioner with over twenty years experience of working with organisations to deliver results through people. She has held senior positions in the NHS and private sector, and was HR Director for NHS Logistics for seven years.  Linda’s expertise covers all aspects of people management and organisation development, ranging from working with individuals and teams to improve performance and contribution through to achieving transformational changes across organisations.  She is also an Myers Briggs Type Indicator® licensed practitioner. Recent work includes 1:1 coaching with managers in the voluntary sector and NHS, advising on TUPE and redundancy and producing a web based toolkit for an advice network.
