Leadership Development

We can design a bespoke programme which can be delivered flexibly to suit your circumstances. Previous programmes have included areas such as Managing Change, Strategic Planning, Joint Working and Effective Boards. They are rooted in best practice and research with a strong emphasis on self awareness and practical application in the workplace.

 Coaching and Mentoring

We offer individual or group coaching sessions to enable you to take control of your own learning and development. Your objectives may be related to developing new skills, improving performance, improving work relationships or exploring career options, as well as many other situations where coaching can be effective.  With a coaching philosophy which is entirely focussed on the coachees needs and is based on active listening and insightful questions, people can experience profound results in just few sessions.

Individual and team assessment and development using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®

The MBTI® is a personality questionnaire that looks at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others. In use for over 50 years and used throughout the world the MBTI framework helps people understand themselves and improve their working and personal relationships in a positive and constructive way.
